Among all the Odians and worlds throughout the Odia Universe, there are also various points and beings of interest that are worth noting. Either they are difficult to catagorise, or perhaps they don’t have a specific place in this database, so they’ll end up here. It should be noted that some of the most important figures/places in the Odia Universe are noted here.
Vegeta Galaxy
The Great War
Throughout the Vegeta Galaxy, most worlds and their beings prefer to keep to themselves. Although people travelled for trade and interaction, there was little conflict between worlds in the past, which was fortunate. Osiris and Aphron have had skirmishes, but there has never been a major war between them. This is also the same regarding Aphron and Revyr, Aphron and Gorkas, and then Revyr and Gorkas. In this sense, you’d perhaps you’d believe any major scale war would be between those three worlds, and that Osiris wouldn’t get involved.
Alas, that was not the case.
Around two hundred years ago, what began as a typical Osirin/Aphron skirmish over Revyr escalated into the first major conflict in the Vegeta Galaxy. This would be between Osiris and the Gorkas Federation. It is here things become murky. A skirmish between the Osirin/Aphrion ships caused a convoy of Gorkan ships carrying supplies to an outpost to be hit by a stray blast near Revyran airspace. Gorkas retaliated with anger, demanding the immediate execution of the pilot responsible. However, neither Aphron nor Osiris could ever know which ship had fired the blast, nor the pilot responsible. Neither were both worlds willing to execute someone without fault.
So Gorkas launched an attack against their neighbours, Aphron, destroying a frigate and various smaller cruisers. Aphron then demanded compensation, as tensions threatened to escalate to war between the two worlds. The Gorkas then claimed the debt settled and were willing to call this enough.
While this frustrated Aphron, they knew they could not fight Gorkas, as strong as their military was. It was with this that they sought to reach a treaty with Gorkas, requesting Osiris’ help in responding to Gorkas’ threats. Osiris agreed to aid with negotiations, summoning an envoy to discuss compensation between worlds.
Only for Gorkas, in typical Gorkan fashion, deciding to attack and kill this envoy as they travelled to the system. Thus began the declaration of war between Osiris and the Gorkas Federation.
Years passed by, as both worlds waged intergalactic war, losing hundreds of thousands of lives. It became quickly obvious that Osiris was not prepared for the long-term ramifications of the war against Gorkas, nor could the Gorkan population continue to supply the war. After seven years, both worlds negotiated a peace treaty. No compensation. No complications. A simple cessation to the war.
Following this, both worlds developed their technologies in response to the war, becoming the most advanced worlds in the system. Tensions between the worlds remain, with neither side wishing to engage in war again.
The Crucible of Worlds
A relatively new discovery, the Crucible of Worlds seems to be an ancient place. Filled with six chambers that seem to possess the capability of enabling travel between galaxies. Comprising pools of unknown liquid, while also depicting ancient figures and beings, there are mysteries to this place. Then, there is the matter of the sixth chamber, which appears damaged, it’s “pool” unusable. There is no other information available.
The Electric Callboy
A floating space station that allows the gravitational pull of the sun to carry it throughout the entire Vegeta Galaxy. This space station is rumoured to have links to crime rings and illegal activities. The Electric Callboy operates in a grey area where no legal entity can take action against it, under the guise of dance metal music and events. It holds no known identity in a particular world. Perhaps an Odian can clean it up someday?
Dallar Sarius
A relatively unknown figure, but played a crucial role in how Tzui received his two Odians. Dallar was an Osirin citizen, formally of the Citadel of Science, under the tutelage of Raspen Gallas. A talented yet socially inept being, according to his reports, we have noted Dallar as possessing “Great potential intellectually, but possessing a concerning disposition to question ethical concepts regarding experimentation.” He left the Citadel with no note of explanation until we have recently discovered that he had been an Odian. Unfortunately, much information concerning this is scant.
The Void Walker
A myth. Odia’s loyal immortal servant. It is said that he can conjure portals at will, using them to reach any point in the universe. Legends describe the Void Walker as a being of great power and purpose, though, of course, this is mostly speculation.
Ero Kalid
Ero Kalid was our former Supreme Leader, and famous commander of the Osirin Military Squad “The Breakers”. Ero’s family is full of intellectuals, including his father, who teaches at The Citadel of Science. Despite this, Ero chose a different path and joined the military. Establishing a popular reputation for his sense of order and charismatic disposition, Ero became something of a figure of great admiration. This was particularly true for those who didn’t have his sense of dedication and ideals, which includes our current Odian, Galko Bastille.
A rogue Odian called Sukan and a group of Aphrion terrorists captured and overpowered our previous Odian during a secret mission. They threatened to harm Osiris, so we kept this event classified to ensure everyone’s safety. Ero led his Breakers alongside Galko to confront and ultimately defeat this rogue Odian, becoming Osiris’ Odian. Ero served as the Supreme Leader for almost ten years and became very popular.
While speaking about the need for Guardians of Odia to unite and fight Gorkas Federation, Ero was killed in a terrorist attack on Osiris. Galko succeeded Ero as our Odian, while Galko restored Bulasi Goncal to her former position as Supreme Leader on an interim basis.
The Shadow Sect
An organisation in which we heavily disputed whether it exists. Supposedly linked to assassins for hire, there is little information concerning it. There are rumours of it possessing agents within all levels of society throughout the worlds of Vegeta. We attempted to discuss this with Shakiri Ravia upon her return to Osiris alongside Galko Bastille, but she has refused to comment. Whether this adds suspicion, we couldn’t possibly comment.
Bulasi Goncal-Galus
The current interim Supreme Leader of Osiris, Bulasi is in the unique position of being the first figure in Osirin history to be Supreme Leader twice. She resigned from her position as Supreme Leader over ten years ago. She also married Kai Galus around this time, who was Military Commander, and resigned at the same time. However, it didn’t take long before Bulasi felt it necessary to remain in Osirin politics, remaining a key figure in policy making and the Council.
Bulasi would make history following Ero Kalid’s death, where she stepped in to take back the position of Supreme Leader, following Galko Bastille’s declining of the position to become leader of the Odians.
Gravius Tyrion
Galko’s first ally on his mission to unite the Odians. Gravius is the former partner of Sutr’s Odian, Alena Moltis. A laid back and humorous individual, Galko has stated that Gravius’ importance to his mission cannot be understated. Saving his life on multiple occasions, while also being a source of insight and feedback. He is a member of the Odians of sorts, a loyal companion who supports the others should they need him. He is also the wielder of the Legendary Weapon, Slythor’s Blade, though what power or abilities it possesses are yet to be identified.
